HEED THE CALL
The Omidyar Fellows program is at an important moment in our development and Cohort V is halfway through their journey through the curriculum. We now have enough experience at our midpoint to do a much deeper dive and reflection to make our next five cohorts’ experience as rich, diverse, and impactful as the first five.
In January 2017, we began a process of evaluation. One important aspect of our process is the need to delay the recruitment and selection of Cohort VI until 2018. This gap year allows us a significant investment in our own learning and development. Now that we have a critical mass of Fellows and five years of experience, the timing seems right. This process is fueled by our desire to continue to learn from our experience and to most effectively fulfill our mandate and mission.
