Alaska Airlines has launched a new partnership with Hawaii artist Shar Tui‘asoa of Punky Aloha Studio, the airline announced this week.

The company has tapped Tui‘asoa to design a special-edition Hawaii-themed painted aircraft.

Alaska said in a statement that the new aircraft will reflect Hawaii’s Pledge To Our Keiki — a statewide initiative to encourage residents and visitors to respect and give back to the land and community. Tui‘asoa’s artwork for the project will be revealed later this year.
