This year, 27 Hawai‘i young professionals have been paired with some of the state's most successful business leaders as part of the Hawai‘i Chamber of Commerce Hawaii's sixth Mentor Hawai‘i Program cohort.

As part of the Young Professionals, or YP, program, mentees receive one-on-one mentorship over a six month period, with its structure, guidelines and curriculum tailored to each YP member’s specific goals and aspirations, while they gain valuable insights and lessons from executives.
