We have all had to make really challenging decisions during the last 18 months. Just as we felt like we were taking a turn towards reestablishing patterns, we again find ourselves at a crossroads this fall. We clearly are not out of the woods yet.
Mental health and self-care are essential to keeping us resilient during challenging times. In this issue of Taking on Tomorrow, our Fellows share how they encourage self-care as leaders of their teams. We hope their ideas inspire you. Also, learn about the Aloha Journal and its positive impact on people’s lives, as well as how to identify signs and help children dealing with stress. Finally, we share a variety of offerings to support your own self-care: an app, a podcast, and a song playlist, just because we could all use a little extra happy right now.
Another shift we are making this fall: Taking on Tomorrow will be distributed every two months as we continue to strengthen and focus our communications efforts.
