ʻOhana Workplace Alliance is a hui of business and nonprofit leaders in Hawaiʻi that asks, “How might we co-create and celebrate ‘ohana-centered businesses that support their employees’ child and family care, mental health, and safety needs?” The group is currently working on creating a playbook that would help guide organizations’ culture and policy to be more supportive of family-related issues, such as family leave, childcare, pay parity, and family violence.

DTL created Actions of Aloha to encourage connection, compassion, and aloha for ourselves, our ʻohana, our lāhui, and our ʻāina. With the outpouring of support from the community throughout Hawaiʻi and around the world, Actions of Aloha donated $20,000 by the end of 2020.
