Lance Parker, executive vice president and COO of Alexander & Baldwin, said it was, in many ways, “serendipitous” that he found a position with the Hawai‘i-based company in 2004.

Born and raised on Oahu, Parker graduated from the University of Southern California in 1995 with a degree in finance and real estate.

He started his career as an industrial leasing agent in greater Los Angeles County, but Parker said he and his wife, who also is from Hawai‘i, knew they wanted to return to the Islands at some point to raise their family.
