Ward Village — the Howard Hughes Corp.'s 60-acre master planned community located between Downtown Honolulu and Waikīkī — broke ground Thursday on The Park Ward Village, the neighborhood's eighth mixed-use residential development.
According to an announcement from the developer, the new building will create 546 new homes and will have more than 30,000 square feet of retail space at its base.
In addition to "expansive open green spaces," The Park Ward Village offers an amenity deck with barbecue cabanas, pickleball and tennis courts, a resort pool, a lap pool, walking paths and lawns, a spa and more.
