L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, the largest restaurant chain based in Hawai‘i, has been named to Entrepreneur magazine’s 2026 Franchise 500, ranking No. 138.

“L&L Hawaiian Barbecue has always been rooted in relationships,” said Elisia Flores, CEO of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, in a statement. “As we continue to grow beyond 230 locations, that commitment remains central to how our franchisees operate and this recognition reflects their dedicated efforts.”

Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 evaluates franchisors using more than 150 data points, including costs and fees, support, size and growth and brand strength, according to its website.
