What set you on the path to pursue your career?
The first 15 years of my career felt like a beach ball bouncing down a mogul ski field. I’d had a general path in mind – storytelling via TV news and multimedia – learned a lot along the way and pivoted fast with the energy and opportunity as it came.

But when I launched PlayBook Consulting Group in 2003, my approach became much more strategic. I’d been formally trained in strategic planning as part of my role at a high-tech company in Silicon Valley. I recognized that I lit up every time I got to lead groups of leaders through a creative, collaborative and engaging process to build their vision and future roadmap.
