We are excited to introduce 16 local leaders into Cohort VIII of the Omidyar Fellows program. These Fellows have stepped forward with courageous leadership and are dedicated to supporting Hawaiʻi's future during these increasingly unsettling times.
With so much of our focus on the pandemic, we need to pay deeper attention to ourselves and what we are taking in. Caring for ourselves allows us to better serve our families and communities, while maintaining our resiliency.
In this issue of Taking on Tomorrow, we spotlight self-exploration and well-being. Learn about the Japanese concept of yutori and the importance of finding space in your life. Hear from a Fellow who shares her thoughts about a leadership session on "managing the self." Finally, learn about a free app that can help cultivate your well-being.
