Legal Aid Society of Hawai‘i offers support to tenants facing eviction during the Governor's eviction moratorium.

This project engages social service providers in a collaborative network supported by relevant and current data, thereby increasing the resilience of the social services sector.

Due to the Maui wildfires, Native Hawaiian Philanthropy (NHP) has shifted their support and resources to help Lahaina and Kula families. They are currently working with partners to implement an indigenous-informed disaster recovery approach to assist Lahaina and Kula families displaced by the fires.

This initiative engages and guides Hawai‘i public school seniors whose final year of high school was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. It engages and guides seniors in transitioning to their post-high school plans and connects them to postsecondary education, training, and for eligible students, the opportunity to take free UHCC career exploration classes.

The University of Hawaiʻi offered free job training for Oʻahu residents. Eight UH campuses offered nearly 100 different training opportunities from October - December 2020.
