ʻOhana Business Circle is a hui of business and nonprofit leaders in Hawaiʻi that asks, “How might we co-create and celebrate ‘ohana-centered businesses that support their employees’ child and family care, mental health, and safety needs?” The group is currently working on creating a playbook that would help guide organizations’ culture and policy to be more supportive of family-related issues, such as family leave, childcare, pay parity, and family violence.
